Warehouse Operator

Workhorse Staffing are looking to recruit a Warehouse Operator for our client based in Castle Hill.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-driven, responsible and motivated person looking for a new challenge.

Role Overview

This role suits someone with previous experience, who wants to build a career in warehousing and logistics.

It involves physical work, early starts, and being part of a fast-paced environment.

And whilst some previous experience working in a warehouse environment is essential for this role, the company are willing to provide formal training across all aspects of warehouse operations.

Main Duties

• Picking and packing orders
• Receiving and checking inbound stock
• Replenishment and stock movement
• Basic inventory control
• Warehouse systems (including RF scanning and WMS)
• Obtain forklift licence

This person needs to be:

• Reliable and show up ready to work every day
• Physically fit and comfortable being on your feet
• Organised and pay attention to detail
• Willing to learn and take direction
• Calm under pressure and able to work at pace
• Interested in building a long-term career (not just a short-term job)
  
  

Bonus (not essential):

• Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one)
• Interest in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain
